Hi, I’m Lynelle – Managing Director and Senior Plan Manager at Family First Plan Management. I have over four years’ experience as an NDIS Plan Manager and 18 years in the bookkeeping industry. I am a Certified Bookkeeper and a proud Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, ensuring your NDIS funds are managed accurately, ethically, and in line with current NDIS requirements.
I founded Family First Plan Management to support participants and families who want clarity, reliability, and a plan manager who genuinely cares. My focus is on prompt invoice payments, clear communication, and transparent reporting, helping reduce stress and build confidence in managing your NDIS plan.

NDIS Plan Management is a funded support within the National Disability Insurance Scheme that takes care of the financial side of your plan. We pay your providers, track your budget, and provide clear statements — so you don’t have to manage invoices or paperwork.
Yes. You can change plan managers at any time. If you’re unhappy with your current plan management provider or feel you need more support, switching is straightforward. We can assist with the transition and ensure there’s no disruption to your supports.
If your plan already includes plan management funding, you can switch straight away. If it doesn’t, we can help you request an update to your plan. We’ll guide you through each step and make the process simple and stress-free.
Once you’re on board, we’ll take care of the setup. Your providers send invoices directly to us, we process and pay them promptly, and we keep track of your budget. You’ll receive clear, easy-to-understand statements so you always know where your funds stand.
No. NDIS Plan Management is fully funded by the NDIS and comes at no cost to you. It does not reduce your support budget.
Yes. Plan management gives you the flexibility to use both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers, giving you greater choice and control.
Absolutely. You remain in control of your supports and decisions. We simply manage the invoices, payments, and budget tracking on your behalf.
